Crisis does not occur only between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. and therefore our counselling services must be flexible enough to cater to the needs of clients.  Though this may be the case, Serenity does not operate a 24 hour service.  Our regular walk-in hours are 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.  Appointments can be made outside of that time frame with consideration for all involved.
