   Organisational Development is about measuring and identifying the factors within the organization that encourage or inhibit performance, as well as to develop strategies for improving team performances and organizational output which in turn should result in increased revenue.

 

As organisations are built on the strengths of its employees, it is important to note that individuals will be impacted upon differently by the change that occurs in the organization which can result in loss of productivity and the eminent loss of revenue.

Organisational Development  interventions are conducted in three phases which represent pre-programme work, intervention and post-intervention work.  This will be done through measuring, action and re-measuring.

In the Pre-testing phase, our facilitators will seek to:

  • measure current behavioural norms, processes and outcomes
  • identify the levers for change
  • highlight barriers to organisational effectiveness
